Western Stars Cowboy Poetry Gathering 12th - 14th
The Moab Arts and Recreation Center would like to welcome you to the Western Stars Cowboy Poetry Gathering. We've invited the cream of the crop of Utah and western states cowboy poets and musicians, and we are headlining musical artists Suzy Bogguss and Dave Stamey!!

Skinny Tire Festival 12th - 16th
The Skinny Tire Festival in March is the first road cycling event of the year and spans four days with rides through Arches National Park, along the mighty Colorado River surrounded by red rock cliffs, and out to Dead Horse Point overlooking the huge expanse of Canyonlands National Park and the Colorado River. This event raises funds for cancer survivorship programs.

Canyonlands Half Marathon 20th
The USATF certified and sanctioned course starts approximately 11 miles up scenic Hwy. 128 and parallels the Colorado River into Moab. The course continues on Hwy. 191 and through the streets of Moab to City Park and the finish line. The Five Mile Run starts approximately 3 miles up Hwy. 128 and follows the same course as the half marathon. The course is rolling.

Easter Jeep Safari March 27th - April 4th
Easter Jeep Safari consists of trail rides, mostly day long trips, departing from Moab Utah throughout the 9 day long event. The official event is hosted by the Red Rock 4-Wheelers Inc. one of the the local four wheel drive clubs of Moab. This massive week-long event is one of the largest events of the year for Moab. Please make your camping/lodging reservations as early as possible!

Moab UTV Rally 21st - 24th
The largest UTV and Side X Side event in the United States. It consists of daily organized trail rides, organized poker run and evening events such as barrel racing, tug of war, pole bending, balance beam, and drag races to FREE demo rides from Yamaha, Polaris, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Kymco, Honda, Tomcar, and Ruesch at the Old Spanish Trail Arena.

Rally on the Rocks 12th - 15th
We offer trails for the beginner with incredible scenery and vistas to the most challenging and demanding that will test driver and machine. Each day we have numerous guided, UTV friendly, trails planned throughout the Moab area. Many including casual scenic routes and demanding technical routes for the most experienced operators.
Moab Arts Festival 29th - 30th
Join the fun at Moab's Swanny Park on Memorial Day weekend as artists diplay their works. Music, entertainment and food abounds. Free Admission.

Moab Music Festival 2nd - 13th

Labor Day Red Rock 4 Wheelers Campout 4th - 6th
Overnight trips with backcountry camping, with additional day-trips on each of the three days. The club will organize the event and provide the guides, you bring all your other needs. Early trail reservations are recommended since the number of vehicles allowed on each trip is limited. Spaces will be filled on a first-postmarked-first-serve priority system - only.

Moab Century Tour 17th - 19th
Proceeds of the Tour goes toward the cancer survivorship programs in which each participant becomes a powerful force against cancer. The Moab Century Tour encompasses an inspiring variety of landscape to awaken the cycling spirit. From the depths of the red rock canyons of Moab, riders begin to glimpse at the towering mountains above.

24 Hours of Moab Mountain Bike Race 9th - 10th
For one short weekend, a mountain bike city grows up out of the desert as we host more than 5,000 racers, support crews, and spectators in a stunningly beautiful, completely remote venue and then, in two days, it's gone. This world-class event draws teams from all over the world. There is a field limit of 450 teams plus solos and the race books up faster every year, so get your team entered early.

The Other Half Marathon 17th
The half marathon starts at the historic Dewey Bridge on the Colorado River, near mile post 30 of Highway 128 just outside of Moab. The course parallels the river, amid backdrops of gorgeous scenery, including prominent landmarks Fisher Towers, Castle Rock, and the La Sal Mountains. The race is limited to the first 2,000 entrants.

Moab Canyons Endurance Ride 28th - 30th
NO DUPLICATION OF TRAILS.  NEW TRAILS EVERYDAY!!! This is Big Canyon Country and we take you there. One big scenic loop everyday. Pumkin Chuckin' Festival 30th
Pull out your costumes and get ready for a day filled with fun for the entire family. Costume contests, pie-eating contests, game booths, food vendors, arts and crafts vendors, live bands, and of course, sling-shots, catapults, trebuchets, and air-cannons, launching pumpkins across the sky.

Winter Sun 10K Run 4th
The road race is a fun filled small town run that takes place in early December when the air in Moab is crisp and the skies are blue and sunny. Hence the name. The run starts at the Moab Golf Course, wanders through the neighborhoods of Moab and finishes at the Grand County High School Track.
